Once the reflex points are activated a direct response occurs in the corresponding area of the body, this helps the body’s healing process, improving circulation and nerve supply as well as the release of toxins. What to expect?
Your first treatment will start with a discussion of your medical history. This will be kept confidentially, and will be used to tailor your treatments specifically to you. All other treatments will begin with a quick checkup to see if anything has changed since the previous treatment. I will begin to cleanse the face with some Natural Effective ingredients and i will use a soft luxurious bamboo cloth that glides across your skin. I will then apply a choice of Organic Elixir, Pure Laggon blemish prevention serum or Super Greens nutrient boost serum mixed with some beautiful creams before beginning the treatment. The products used enhance the experience of the treatment as they come with added benefits such as the ability to nourish and revitalise the skin.
Once the treatment begins I will use pressure on different reflex points on the face, also using a range of massage and natural facelift techniques to smooth out wrinkles and rejuvenate the face. Also included in the massage is lymphatic drainage and rebalancing of Chi. Most people find that on the whole, their treatment is very relaxing, and they come away feeling very sleepy and relaxed. Some people find they need to visit the toilet a little more or feel a little tearful in the hours following a treatment, as the relaxation causes the body to release things it may have been holding in before. Rarely, some people may find their problem gets a little worse before getting better, or feel like a slight cold is coming on – however, this usually passes within 24 – 48 hours if you keep yourself well hydrated.
